1. Where can I purchase your products?

We have distributors in most countries. Please let us know your country location and what type of product that interests you, and we will refer you with a nearest distributor.

2. Can I buy your products online? Where?

There are Internet shops worldwide that distribute our products, and you can either ask us for a reference or search the web for the Malmsten name or the item that you are looking for.

3. Are you selling to private persons?

Unfortunately, we do not sell to the general public, only through distributors.

4. Who should I contact if I have some product complaints?

Send us an email at info@malmsten.com with an explanation of your complaint and the date of purchase, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

5. Are your products manufactured in Sweden?

Many of our products are made in Sweden such as the Competitor Racing Lanes, the movable floor, the water slides and the pool toys. Others are made abroad, to ensure a competitive price for you.

6. What do I do if my item(s) arrive damaged? Can I go to Malmsten distributors for alterations?

If you have any problems with the delivery of our products it is important that you contact the local delivery company as soon as possible, and that you send us an email explaining the problem. 7. How do I return an item that I have purchased from you?
